You only need to provide a list of one or more SNOMED codes and the target patient to create a problem. If resolved_date is given, status must be set to Inactive. If resolved_date is given, it must be after start_date. If start_date is given, it must be the current date or a date in the past; it cannot be a date in the future.
You have to provide a SNOMED code to create a problem.
