Update Vitals

Things to note:

All units are based on the standard units Elation uses (see Vital Object).

Blood Pressure is the only field that accepts multiple items. To keep existing items and add a new item, you must send all preceding items and the new items. To replace existing items with a new item, you must send only the new item.

You can only update vitals that belong to unsigned visit notes.
